ADULT CURRICULUM
Our Adult Curriculum-The Soma Academy curriculum follows a 4 month rotating schedule. Each month we change the focus for the standing and ground techniques that will be practiced (1. Strike Defense/Guard Position. 2. Hold Defense/Side Mount Position. 3. Strangle Defense/Mount Position. 4. Weapon Defense/Back Mount Position).

YOUTH CURRICULUM
(Our Youth Curriculum consists of both Physical and Character Development Techniques)
Our Youth Curriculum-The Soma Academy Youth curriculum follows a 4 month rotating schedule with all Physical Techniques. Each month we change the focus for the standing and ground techniques that will be practiced. Our Character Development schedule consists of 6 different topics that will be changed every other month.
Youth Belt Promotions-At the end of each month of training, your child will receive a stripe on their belt indicating that they have completed a month of training.
